Finding the Best Cheap Canon Printer Ink
My mom and boyfriend own Canon printers and are always jealous of my endless cheap printer ink hoard for my Epson. What I do when I buy a new printer is check to see if the printer ink is available for purchase on my ink retail site. If they do not have a refill option or a cheap printer ink option then I don't purchase the printer. Canon printers are tough though, very few of them have a cheap printer ink alternative to buying genuine Canon Ink. Ebay is always a good place to get ink and very cheaply, I am talking $3 a cartridge, you can buy 10 for the price of one in a lot of cases. The problem with this I have learned is that the quality is not always on par. You have to clean the printer heads much more often then you would with normal ink. Which at a price of $3 is not a big deal. If you are just doing typical text printing this will not matter to you one way or the other. But you did not buy your awesome Canon printer to just print text did you? You bought that Canon printer to print amazing and wonderful pictures and graphics works. Not any cheap printer ink will allow you to consistently get the colors you are desiring, which I found out the hard way. One source I usually go to get my higher quality and cheap printer inks is Abacus ink. They do not always have a cheaper version of my brand though so I have to check with them first before I decided to upgrade printers. I am a bit of a scrooge when it comes to spending money and don't feel the need to spend extra on printer ink unnecessarily.
My advice to getting ink cheaply is to look at the site and see how long they have been around for, do they have good and favorable comments about the ink? The thing that sucks about ebay is the feedback usually only speaks to shipping and not print quality after the fact. Now that you know the play by play for cheap canon printer ink go forth into the world wide web and buy some cheap ink. If you need a launching pad you can view Abacus' website and get an idea of what they have available for you.
